(RPO)

In 2007 our company successfully provided an RPO service for the entire Clipsal Australia Group. Within the first 3 months we filled 85 positions, many of which had been long term standing vacancies that were unfiled for over 12 months prior to our engagement. In addition we provided exit interviewing services, outplacement and conflict counselling services for our client.

PSYCHOMETRIC TESTING

PJM Consulting is accredited to utilise a large array of Psychometric Testing tools including, Genesys and DiSC systems. These have been utilised in recruitment, outplacement, careers guidance, team building and conflict resolution projects for a wide range of corporate entities, government authorities and private individuals.

 
TRAINING SERVICES

PJM Consulting can develop tailor-made programs to deliver, relevant, innovative and motivating HR process programs for clients. As an example we recently conducted an Australia-wide series of seminars on the topic of “Attracting, Recruiting and Retaining Staff” to MYOB clientele. This program featured a tailored approach to suit the needs and interests of small business owners and their management.
